14 days, no questions asked, on every plan. Including Lifetime. Including in the middle of week 2.
If you're within 14 days of your first purchase on any plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) you can request a full refund and we'll process it. No "tell us why" form, no "we'll see what we can do," no clawback if your refund leaves us at a loss on payment-processor fees.
Either of these works:
Refunds typically land in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Polar handles the actual transaction.
Cancel any time. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period; no further charges. We don't pro-rate partial months.
Non-refundable after 14 days, but your access stays active until the term ends. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Non-refundable after 14 days. (We strongly encourage you to start with a Monthly trial if you're unsure: same software, no commitment.)
Want to upgrade Monthly to Yearly, or Yearly to Lifetime? Email support@delayed.stream. We will credit your most recent Monthly or Yearly payment toward the new plan as a goodwill gesture, even outside the 14-day window. (We don't promise this in court; we promise this in practice. We've never said no.)
If you're an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use the software immediately after purchase (downloading and activating), you waive this withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the Directive. However, our voluntary 14-day refund policy above gives you the same protection in practice, and applies regardless of whether you've started using it.
